- Lemon - 3
- Muster seeds - 1/4 Tsp
- Muster seeds powder - 1/2 Tsp
- Fenugreek seeds powder - 1 Pinch
- Red chili powder - 1/2 Tsp
- Turmeric - 1/4 Tsp
- Asafoetida - 1 Pinch
- Oil
- Salt
- Salt
Procedure :
- Wash and wipe lemon well.
- Cut 2 lemons into small pieces.
- Add turmeric, red chili powder and salt, mix well.
- Heat 2 Tsp oil.
- Add mustard seeds to splutter.
- Add asafoetida.
- Turn off the heat and add mustard and fenugreek powder.
- Add this to lemon.
- Now add lemon juice of remaining lemon.
- Mix well and keep in microwave for 1 min.
- Serve after cooling.
