Ingredients :
- Sago pearls(shabudana) - 1 Cup
- Roasted peanut powder - 1/2 Cup
- Potato slices - 1/4 Cup
- Green chili/ Red chili powder - 1 Tsp
- Cumin seeds - 1/4 Tsp
- Lemon juice(optional)
- Sugar - 1/2 Tsp
- Salt
- Ghee - 1 Tbsp
Procedure :
- Wash sago pearls.
- Put very little water & soak overnight.
- Mix peanut powder.
- Heat Ghee in a pan.
- Add cumin seeds to splutter.
- Add green chili & fry well.
- Add potato slices and fry well.
- Add sago pearls, salt and sugar.
- Mix well and cover the lid.
- Cook till its colour changes from milky white to transparent white.
- Add lemon juice and mix well
- Serve with yogurt.
