- Sprouted Mataki - 1 Cup
- Tomato Diced - 1/2 Cup
- Onion Diced - 1/2 Cup
- Ginger - ginger paste - 1 Tsp
- Green chili - 2
- Coriander Powder - 1 Tsp
- Peanuts - 1 Tsp
- Asafoetida - 1 Pinch
- Turmeric - 1 Pinch
- Curry leaves - 3-4
- Coriander leaves
- Mustard seeds - 1/4 Tsp
- Cumin seeds - 1/4 Tsp
- Jaggery - 1 Pinch
- Salt
- Oil
Procedure :
- Heat 1 Tsp Oil in a pan.
- Add Mustard seeds to splutter.
- Add cumin seeds and green chili.
- Add onion and fry until it turns golden.
- Add curry leaves, garlic-ginger paste, Peanuts, turmeric and asafoetida, fry well.
- Add tomato and fry till oil shows on the surface.
- Add Sprouted mataki and mix well.
- Add 3/4 Cup water, salt, coriander powder and jaggery.
- Cook well.
- Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
- Serve hot.
Note :
- You can eat this with chapati or pav.
- You can mix this with Puffed rice and Lemon juice.
