Karale Fry


Ingredients :

  • Bitter guard - 1
  • Lemon juice - 1 Tsp
  • Turmeric - 1 Pinch
  • Roasted sesame seeds - 1 Tsp
  • Sugar - 1/2 Tsp
  • Salt
  • Oil

Procedure :

  1. Wash and cut bitter guard.
  2. Remove seeds, apply Lemon juice, salt and turmeric, keep aside for 15 min.
  3. Heat oil in a pan for deep frying.
  4. Deep fry bitter guard untill it turns golden in color.
  5. Mix sugar and sesame seeds.
