- Amla - 2
- Carom Seeds - 1/2 Tsp
- Turmeric - 1 Pinch
- Red chili powder - 1/4 Tsp
- Mustard seeds - 1 Pinch
- Cumin seeds - 1 Pinch
- Ginger Grated - 1 Tsp
- Asafoetida - 1 Pinch
- Fenugreek seeds powder - 1/2 Tsp
- Oil - 1 Tsp
- Salt
Procedure :
- Wash and cut amla into small pieces.
- Add Turmeric, red chili powder, ginger, crushed carom seeds and salt .
- Mix well and keep in microwave for 1 min.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Add mustard seeds to splutter.
- Add cumin seeds, fenugreek seeds powder and asafoetida.
- Pour this on amla.
- Mix well.
