- Tomato diced - 1/2 Cup
- Water - 1/2 Cup
- Coconut grated - 1 Tbsp
- Ginger-garlic paste - 1/2 Tsp
- Green chili - 1
- Cumin seeds - 1/2 Tsp
- Asafoetida - 1/2 pinch
- Jaggery - 1/2 Tsp
- Coriander leaves
- Salt
- Ghee - 1 Tsp
Procedure :
- Boil tomato in water.
- Mash it by hands.
- Add coconut and mix well.
- Heat ghee in a pan.
- Add cumin seeds to splutter.
- Add asafoetida, ginger garlic paste.
- Add jaggery, salt and coriander leaves.
- Boil for 2 min.
- Serve hot with Rice or Khichadi
