Ingredients :
- Gram flour (Besan) - 1 Cup
- Ghee - 1/2 Cup
- Sugar - 3/4 Cup
- Cardamom - 1-2
- Raisins
Procedure :
- Heat ghee in a pan.
- Fry besan flour till its turns golden brown.
- Keep aside for cooling.
- Grind sugar and cardamom.
- Mix well with cool besan flour.
- Mash well with hands.
- Prepare small rounds.
- Decorate with raisins.
