Ingredients :
- Red beans - 1/2 Cup
- Tomato - 1/2 Cup
- Onion - 1/2 Cup
- Garlic - 1/2 Tsp
- Ginger - 1/2 Tsp
- Red Chili Powder - 1/2 Tsp
- Garam Masala - 1/2 Tsp
- Coriander seeds powder - 1/2 Tsp
- Turmeric - 1 Pinch
- Oil
- Salt
Procedure :
- Soak red beans overnight.
- Cook in a pressure cooker on medium heat up to 4-5 whistles.
- Grind onion, tomato, ginger and garlic to prepare paste.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Add paste and fry well.
- Add red chili powder, garam masala, turmeric and coriander seeds powder and mix well.
- Add cooked red beans.
- Add 1 cup water and salt.
- Cover the lid and cook for 3-4 min.
- Serve hot with chapati or rice.
