Ingredients :
- Ragi flour - 1 Cup
- Coconut(shredded) - 1/4 Cup
- Coriander leaves - 1/4 Cup
- Green chili - 1
- Onion - 1/4 Cup
- Salt
- Oil
Procedure :
- Finely chop Coriander leaves, green chili, and onion.
- Add this with Ragi flour.
- Add salt as per taste.
- Prepare a loose dough using water.
- Spread oil on the surface of the pan.
- Spread the dough with the help of fingers to prepare thin round.
- Heat this by covering the lid until its color changes to golden.
- Turn the side and roast other side.
- Serve hot with Chutney.
Note :
- You can add grated cabbage, grated cucumber or grated carrot instead of onion.
- Don't add water if you are using cucumber.
