Palak Stems chutney


Ingredients :

  • Spinach stems - 1 Cup
  • Roasted split chick peas - 1 Tbsp
  • Yogurt - 1/4 cup
  • Green Chili - 2-3
  • Cumin seeds - 1 Tbsp
  • Oil - 1 Tsp
  • Salt

Procedure :

  1. Wash the Spinach branches and cut into small pieces.
  2. Heat oil in a pan.
  3. Add Cumin seeds to splutter.
  4. Add green chili and spinach branches.
  5. Fry well and keep aside for cooling.
  6. Mix all remaining ingredients with it and grind in a blender to prepare smooth paste.
  7. Add tadaka.(Mustard seeds spluttered in oil)

Note :

  • The green chili starts spluttering so be careful while doing.
