- Spinach stems - 1 Cup
- Roasted split chick peas - 1 Tbsp
- Yogurt - 1/4 cup
- Green Chili - 2-3
- Cumin seeds - 1 Tbsp
- Oil - 1 Tsp
- Salt
Procedure :
- Wash the Spinach branches and cut into small pieces.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Add Cumin seeds to splutter.
- Add green chili and spinach branches.
- Fry well and keep aside for cooling.
- Mix all remaining ingredients with it and grind in a blender to prepare smooth paste.
- Add tadaka.(Mustard seeds spluttered in oil)
Note :
- The green chili starts spluttering so be careful while doing.
