- Spinach (Palak) - Bunch
- Tomato - 1
- Onion - 1 (medium size)
- Paneer - 1/2 Cup
- Ginger garlic paste - 1 Tsp
- Cumin seeds powder - 1/2 Tsp
- Coriander seeds powder - 1 Tsp
- Green chili - 2
- Butter - 2 Tbsp
- Salt
Procedure :
- Cook spinach and tomato separately.
- Chop onion.
- Grind spinach with green chili, keep aside.
- Remove skin of tomato and grind to prepare tomato pulp.
- Heat 1 tbsp butter in a pan and fry paneer cubes till changes to golden.
- Heat butter in a pan.
- Fry onion till it changes to golden.
- Add ginger garlic paste and fry.
- Add cumin seeds powder, coriander seeds powder and tomato pulp.
- Fry well and add spinach paste and salt.
- Cover the lid and cook for 4-5 min.
- Put of flame and add paneer cubes.
- Mix well and cover lid for 1 min.
- Serve hot with chapati.
