Ingredients :
- Peanuts - 1 Cup
- Garlic cloves - 1/4 Cup
- Cumin seeds - 2 Tbsp
- Red Chili Powder - 1 Tbsp
- Salt
Procedure :
- Roast peanuts well.
- After Cooling remove cover.
- Grind all the ingredients in a mixer.
- Keep it in a air tight container.
- You can serve it as it is as dry chutney.
- You can add some oil over it after serving.
- You can mix yogurt with it and serve with paratha.
