Peanut Chutney


Ingredients :
  • Peanuts - 1 Cup
  • Garlic cloves - 1/4 Cup
  • Cumin seeds - 2 Tbsp
  • Red Chili Powder - 1 Tbsp
  • Salt

Procedure :

  1. Roast peanuts well.
  2. After Cooling remove cover.
  3. Grind all the ingredients in a mixer.
  4. Keep it in a air tight container.
  5. You can serve it as it is as dry chutney.
  6. You can add some oil over it after serving.
  7. You can mix yogurt with it and serve with paratha.
