- Capsicum - 1
- Bengal gram flour (Besan) - 1/2 Cup
- Red chili powder - 1/4 Tsp
- Coriander seeds powder - 1/4 Tsp
- Cumin seeds powder - 1/8 Tsp
- Thick tamarind juice - 1 Tsp
- Jaggery grated - 1/2 Tsp
- Turmeric - 1 pinch
- Asafoetida - 1 pinch
- Mustard seeds
- Cumin seeds
- Oil
- Salt
- Cut capsicum into big pieces.
- Mix besan, red chili powder, cumin seeds powder, coriander seeds powder, turmeric, asafoetida, tamarind juice, 1 tsp oil, jaggery and salt.
- Add little water if necessary.
- Put this solution over capsicum pieces as shown.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Add mustard seeds to splutter.
- Add cumin seeds.
- Put all the capsicum pieces in the oil.
- Close the pan with lid.
- after few min turn the capsicum and cook well.
Note :
- If capsicum is small, cut the upper portion, remove seeds and fill the solution in it.
