- Wheat flour - 1 Cup
- Oil / Ghee- 1 Tbsp
- Carom seeds -1/4 Cup
- Salt - 1/2 Tsp
- Mix all ingredients and prepare hard dough than chapati.
- Keep aside for 10-15 min.
- Prepare small balls of equal size.
- Press the ball by palm and prepare a thick round.
- Broil in an oven for 1-2 min.
- Turn the side and broil another side.
- Serve hot with mix dal.
