- Asparagus - 1 Bunch
- Sesame seeds - 1 Tbsp
- Garlic ginger paste - 1 Tsp
- Soya sauce - 1 Tbsp
- Black Pepper Powder - 1/2 Tsp (optional)
- Red chili powder - 1/2 Tbsp
- Oil - 1 Tbsp
- Salt
Procedure :
- Bring a large pot of water to boil and add salt.
- Cook asparagus in it for 5 min.
- Drain water and keep aside.
- Mix soya sauce, pepper powder and red chili powder, keep aside.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Add sesame seeds,when it starts popping add ginger garlic paste.
- Add sauce mix and asparagus.
- Toss it well and add salt as per taste.
- Serve hot.
