Ingredients :
- Rice - 1/2 Cup
- Split Black gram -1/2 Cup
- Bengal gram - 1/4 Cup
- Split green gram - 1/4 Cup
- Flattened Rice(Poha)- 1/4 cup
- Green chili paste - 1 Tsp
- Ginger paste - 1 Tsp
- Coriander leaves - 1/4 Cup
- Backing soda - 1/4 Tsp
- Salt
- Oil
Procedure :
- Soak rice and all grams overnight.
- Grind in a mixer to prepare a smooth paste.
- Add green chili paste, ginger paste, coriander leaves, baking soda, salt and mix well.
- Add little amount of water to prepare batter.
- Heat appe maker, add 1/4 tsp oil in each round.
- Fill half part of each round by batter.
- Turn it after bottom side become golden brown.
- Cook for a while.
- Serve hot with coconut chutney.
Note :
- You can prepare using Rice and split gram in a proportion 3:1
- You can also add other grams Proportion is Rice, split black g.ram, all other grams 1:1:1.
