Capsicum Masala Bhaji


Ingredients :
  • Capsicum(Simla) diced - 1/2 Cup
  • Onion diced - 1/2 Cup
  • Garlic Ginger Paste -1/2 Tbsp
  • Sesame seed powder -1/2 Tbsp
  • Roasted Peanuts Powder - 1/4 Tbsp
  • Turmeric - 1 Pinch
  • Coriander seeds powder-1/2 Tbsp
  • Lemon juice or tamarind juice -1 Tbsp(optional)
  • Mustard seeds
  • Cumin seeds
  • Oil -1 Tbsp
  • Salt
Procedure :
  1. Heat oil in a pan.
  2. Add mustard, cumin seeds to splutter.
  3. Add onion and fry till it becomes golden brown.
  4. Add garlic-ginger paste and turmeric.
  5. Add capsicum and fry for 1 min.
  6. Add salt and close the lid for 1 min.
  7. Add sesame seed powder, peanut powder, coriander and cumin seeds powder.
  8. Close the lid and cook for 2 min.
  9. Add lemon juice or tamarind juice.
  10. Mix well close lid and switch off burner.
  11. Wait for 1 min.
  12. Serve hot with chapati.
