- Capsicum(Simla) diced - 1/2 Cup
- Onion diced - 1/2 Cup
- Garlic Ginger Paste -1/2 Tbsp
- Sesame seed powder -1/2 Tbsp
- Roasted Peanuts Powder - 1/4 Tbsp
- Turmeric - 1 Pinch
- Coriander seeds powder-1/2 Tbsp
- Lemon juice or tamarind juice -1 Tbsp(optional)
- Mustard seeds
- Cumin seeds
- Oil -1 Tbsp
- Salt
Procedure :- Heat oil in a pan.
- Add mustard, cumin seeds to splutter.
- Add onion and fry till it becomes golden brown.
- Add garlic-ginger paste and turmeric.
- Add capsicum and fry for 1 min.
- Add salt and close the lid for 1 min.
- Add sesame seed powder, peanut powder, coriander and cumin seeds powder.
- Close the lid and cook for 2 min.
- Add lemon juice or tamarind juice.
- Mix well close lid and switch off burner.
- Wait for 1 min.
- Serve hot with chapati.
