- Split green gram( Mung dal) - 1 Cup
- Green Chili - 2
- Cumin seeds - 1 Tbsp
- Coriander leaves - 1/2 Cup
- Garlic cloves - 3-4
- Turmeric - 1/4 Tsp
- Asafoetida - 1/2 Tsp
- Salt
- Oil.
Procedure :
- Soak Split green gram for 4-5 hours.
- Grind split green gram, cumin seeds, asafoetida, green chili, garlic in a blender.
- Add turmeric, salt and finely chopped coriander leaves, mix well.
- Heat oil in a deep pan.
- Fry small size bhaje till it becomes golden brown.
- Keep it on paper napkin for 1 min.
- Serve hot with tamarind chutney or yogurt.
