Ingredients :
- Spinach (palak)- 1 Cup
- Wheat flour - 3/4 cup
- Gram flour (besan)- 1/4 Cup
- Garlic paste - 1 Tablespoon
- Cumin seed powder -1 Teaspoon
- Coriander seed powder -1 Teaspoon
- Asafoetida -1/2 Teaspoon
- Oil - 1 Tablespoon
- Chili powder or green chili paste -1 Teaspoon
- Sesame seeds (Til)-1 Tablespoon
- Turmeric powder
- Salt
Procedure :
- Wash the spinach well, remove stems and finely chop.
- Mix all the ingredients and prepare dough with the help of water as shown.
- Make small bowls.
- Roll them into round parathas (like chapati) with a rolling pin.
- Put these parathas on the preheated pan and roast them by applying oil/butter on both sides.
- Serve with chatney or ketchup
