- Shevaya(vermicelli)- 1/2 Cup
- Milk - 2 Cups
- Ghee - 1 Tsp
- Sugar - 1/4 Cup
- Almonds - 7-8
- Raisins - 10-12
- Cashew nuts - 7/8
- Cardamom Powder - 1 Pinch
- Nutmeg powder - 1 Pinch
- Saffron - 1/2 Pinch
Procedure :
- Cut almonds, cashew nuts into small pieces.
- Heat ghee in a pan.
- Add shevaya and fry until it turns golden.
- Add milk, almond, cashew, cardamon powder, nutmeg powder and saffron.
- Cook it well.
- Add sugar and mix well.
- Turn of the stove and add raisins.
