Shevaya Khir

Ingredients :

  • Shevaya(vermicelli)- 1/2 Cup
  • Milk - 2 Cups
  • Ghee - 1 Tsp
  • Sugar - 1/4 Cup
  • Almonds - 7-8
  • Raisins - 10-12
  • Cashew nuts - 7/8
  • Cardamom Powder - 1 Pinch
  • Nutmeg powder - 1 Pinch
  • Saffron - 1/2 Pinch

Procedure :

  1. Cut almonds, cashew nuts into small pieces.
  2. Heat ghee in a pan.
  3. Add shevaya and fry until it turns golden.
  4. Add milk, almond, cashew, cardamon powder, nutmeg powder and saffron.
  5. Cook it well.
  6. Add sugar and mix well.
  7. Turn of the stove and add raisins.
