- Lime - 1 Cup
- Fenugreek seeds - 1 Pinch
- Mustard seeds - 3 Pinch
- Cumin seeds - 1 Pinch
- Red chili powder - 2 Tbsp
- Sugar - 1/2 Tsp
- Asafoetida - 1 Pinch
- Turmeric - 1 Pinch
- Salt
- Oil - 1 Tbsp
Procedure :
- Wash and wipe limes.
- Cut into small pieces.
- Add salt, mix well and keep in an air tight container for 10-15 days.
- Roast 2 Pinch mustard and fenugreek seeds, grind it.
- Mix red chili powder and seeds powder mix well.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Add 1 Pinch mustard to splutter.
- Add cumin seeds, asafoetida and turmeric.
- Pour and mix well.
- Keep in an air tight glass container.
- Serve after one week.
Note :
- Container should be dry and clean.
