Methi Ghol

Ingredients :
  • Fenugreek leaves - 1 Cup
  • Roasted Peanut Powder - 1 Tbsp
  • Red Chili Powder - 1/4 Tsp
  • Mustard seeds - 1/4 Tsp
  • Cumin seeds - 1/4 Tsp
  • Lemon Juice - 1 Tsp
  • Oil - 1 Tbsp
  • Salt

Procedure :

  1. Wash fenugreek leaves and finely chop it.
  2. Add peanut powder, red chili powder, lemon juice and salt.
  3. Heat oil in a pan.
  4. Add mustard seeds and cumin seeds to splutter.
  5. Pour this on the fenugreel leaves.
  6. Mix well.

Note :

  • You can add finely chopped onion and tomato in this.
  • Prepare this before eating. It will become watery afterwards.
