Ingredients :
- Fenugreek leaves - 1 Cup
- Roasted Peanut Powder - 1 Tbsp
- Red Chili Powder - 1/4 Tsp
- Mustard seeds - 1/4 Tsp
- Cumin seeds - 1/4 Tsp
- Lemon Juice - 1 Tsp
- Oil - 1 Tbsp
- Salt
Procedure :
- Wash fenugreek leaves and finely chop it.
- Add peanut powder, red chili powder, lemon juice and salt.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Add mustard seeds and cumin seeds to splutter.
- Pour this on the fenugreel leaves.
- Mix well.
Note :
- You can add finely chopped onion and tomato in this.
- Prepare this before eating. It will become watery afterwards.
