Cheesy cutlet

Ingredients :
  • Potato - 1
  • Carrot - 1
  • Green peas - 1/4 Cup
  • Cheese Cube - 1
  • Coriander powder - 1 Tsp
  • Cumin powder - 1/2 Tsp
  • Red Chili powder - 1/4 Tsp
  • Poha Powder 
  • Salt
Procedure :
  1. Boil Potato, carrot and green peas.
  2. Mash in a bowl, add grated cheese and all powders.
  3. Add Poha ( Flattened Rice) powder to make the dough firm.
  4. Prepare round cutlets.
  5. Add butter on flat pan and shallow fry both the sides.
  6. Serve with tomato sauce.
