Mushroom Fry

Ingredient :
  • Mushroom - 250 gm
  • Ginger - Garlic Paste- 1 Tsp
  • Salt
  • Oil
Procedure:
  1. Wash and clean mushrooms.
  2. Cut the buttons into 2 parts.
  3. Sprinkle ginger-garlic paste and salt.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Heat oil in a deep pan.
  6. Deep fry the mushrooms.
  7. Serve hot.
