Ridge Guard Peel Chutney

Ingredients:

  • Ridge Gourd Peel - 1 Cup
  • Cumin seeds - 1 Tsp
  • Carom seeds - 1 Tsp
  • Green chili or red chili powder
  • Cilantro - 1/2 Cup
  • Oil
  • Salt
Procedure :
  • Wash Ridge Gourd and collect peelings. You can use remaining for curry.
  • Grind Cilantro, Ridge Gourd peelings, Cumin seeds, Carom seeds, green chili and salt.
  • Heat 1 Tbsp oil in a pan.
  • Add mixture and fry for 1 min.
  • Serve with Rice or chapati.
