- Sago pearls(Shabudana)- 1/2 cup
- Potato -1
- Roasted Peanut Powder -1/4 cup
- Green chili -2
- Cumin seeds - 1 Tbsp
- Salt
- Oil or Ghee
Drain water completely and keep aside for 5-6 hours.
Boil potato, peel of its skin and mash.
Add mashed potato, sago pearls, green chili paste, roasted peanuts powder, cumin seed and salt.
Apply ghee or oil to palm and prepare small bowls as shown.
Deep fry in oil or ghee.
Serve hot with yogurt or Coconut Chutney.
